Actress Eliza Dushku alleged the stunt coordinator for the movie True Lies of sexual assault, and her legal guardian has now corroborated it.

"I was on the True Lies determined for next three weeks and reported Joel Kramer"s inappropriate sex behavior towards 12 -year-old Eliza to a person in authority, " Sue Booth Forbes said in a statement. "I was met with blank stares and had the sense that I wasn"t telling such person or persons anything they didn"t once know."

In a berth to her official Facebook page on Saturday, Dushku detailed how Kramer ingratiated himself to her and her parents and allegedly tempted her to a inn apartment and onslaught her. While filming on True Lies continued and Kramer got wind that Dushku had told a friend about the assault, she terminated up with separated rib from a stunt hurt "by no big co-occurrence, " she wrote.

"I was at the hospital and can verify that she used jeopardize and in pain with smashes/ crannies to her rib, " Forbes said in her word. "Surely they have medical record somewhere to prove that."

Kramer has since been declined by Worldwide Production Agency, but Dushku"s original pole is to say that his action wasn"t alone confidential among people he worked with.

"I tried to keep Joel away from her as did others working on the plan, but because of all the stunts she had to do, he was constantly involved with her and their own bodies, " Forbes supplemented.( Dushku described working in open physical proximity with Kramer due to the nature of stunt effort)

"Those who knew didn’t know what to do and were far enough down the pecking order to be scared of losing their jobs if they pulped the issue because all the influence lay in the pass of those who called the shoots and would stop at nothing to keep each other."

True Lies actress Jamie Lee Curtis published a line Sunday for The Huffington Post, in which she describes Dushku"s story as an awakening "from our denial siestum to a new, grisly reality."

"Many of us involved in True Lies were mothers, " Curtis wrote. "Jim, Arnold and myself. Mothers of daughters. What allegedly happened to Eliza, away from the safety net of all of us and our purview is a horrendous, painful happening to be informed about and "re going to have to" reconcile."

A Facebook user who appears to be Dushku"s mother previously responded to comments on the upright, went on to say that she very feared the supremacy Kramer brandished on name, and didn"t realise its scope of application of what had happened to her daughter. Dushku"s True Lies costar Tom Arnold expressed his support in a tweet.

True Lies head James Cameron also expressed his support for Dushku when he was asked about it in an appearing at the Television Critics Association.( h/ t Toronto Star )

Had I known about it, there would have been no forgivenes. And now, extremely that I have daughters, there would really be no relief now. It’s merely heartbreaking that it happened back there. I intend, I know the other gathering and not feeling ill. He hasn’t worked for me since then. But, you know, the facts of the case that this was happening under our snouts and we didn’t know about it. I imagine going forward, it’s important for all industries, certainly Hollywood, to create a safe boulevard for people to speak up, that they experience safe and that anybody who might be, you are familiar with, a predator or an abuser knows that that machine is there and there will be consequences.

Dushku said she"s addressing up now because like so many others in Hollywood, she"s realizing that she was the main victims of predatory capability dynamics on a film set.

"With every person that communicates out, every banner that slips down onto my iphone screen disclosing similar narrations/ realities, my resolve buttress, " Dushku wrote. "Sharing these statements, lastly announcing my abuser out publicly by identify, makes the start of a new calm."
